Carolyn Miller, LICSW

A Message From Carolyn,

“Healing happens through connection. My goal as a therapist is to offer a compassionate and non-judgmental environment to better connect with yourself and the people in your life. From there, meaningful change can occur—whether that involves healing from loss or trauma, managing a difficult situation, improving relationships, or reducing anxiety or depression to feel more like yourself.

I especially focus on supporting people through the emotional challenges of infertility, miscarriage, birth trauma, postpartum depression and anxiety, adjustment to parenting, and identity changes in motherhood. My passion for maternal mental health grew from witnessing how transformative it can be to have the right support for these often overwhelming or isolating experiences. I’m deeply committed to helping people feel seen, heard, and empowered as they move through the often invisible struggles of the perinatal period.

Through my previous experiences in college counseling, I also have a special interest in working with college students during this formative and often challenging time in life. Whether you are coping with a specific problem or needing a space for support, our work together will blend exploration, insight, and skill-building to address the concerns that bring you in.”
