A Message From Jessica,

“Hi, I’m Jessica—I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a clinical social worker with a passion for helping those who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, family dynamics, and life transitions. In our work together, I’ll tailor my approach to fit your unique personality and needs. If faith is part of your life, I’m more than happy to bring that into our sessions through faith-based perspectives and spiritual conversations.

My hope is that you leave each session feeling more empowered, confident, and ready to take on whatever life throws your way. Life can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone—and yes, we’ll even find some moments to laugh along the way!

As a mom myself, I understand how challenging and beautiful motherhood can be. I also love working with expecting and new moms, helping them navigate this big life shift and find a sense of balance that honors both themselves and what matters most to them.”
